Reduce stress and increase connection with the practice of Forest Therapy at Ryerson Woods.
Sarah Abu-Absi, Certified Forest Therapy Guide, will help us reconnect to nature and ourselves with gentle mindfulness
practices. We will sit or lay on the ground for a guided sensory meditation, as well as wander slowly along a wooded path
while we explore our relationship to the natural world. Dress for the weather and bring a towel, blanket or chair to sit or
lay on.
