Plan Tomorrow, Today

[In Person]

This presentation provides a practical introduction to the basics of estate planning.

Attendees will learn how to ensure their wishes are carried out, provide peace of mind for their loved ones, and not leave to chance how assets will be distributed and financial and medical decisions are made on their behalf.

You will leave the presentation with an understanding of the importance of having a Will, how Trusts work, the roles of Powers of Attorney and Healthcare Directives, and how to avoid common mistakes that can lead to unnecessary stress or legal issues, and what happens if you do not have these essential documents in place.

Designed for individuals and families at any stage of life, this session offers straightforward guidance to help you take control of your future.

To request accommodations, please email jhosein@deerfieldlibrary.org at least 5 (five) business days in advance.
