Outdoor Family Yoga

Suggested for Ages 2-8 with Adult

Join Brain to Belly Kids Yoga for breathing and stretching in the sunshine with your family at Jewett Park! All children must be accompanied by a caregiver.

Children and their grownups will interact through moving, breathing, and connecting. Please bring your own yoga mat or a towel; the library will have a few yoga mats available to borrow. 

Jewett Park is located next to the library, at 836 Jewett Park Dr, Deerfield, IL 60015.
