Local Artist Talk Series: Kimberly Perl

Join us for this informative series with the first of three local artists sponsored by the Deerfield Fine Arts Commission. Up next is Kimberly Perl .

Kimberly Perl is a native Chicago artist who is inspired by the Pop Art style. She specializes in portraits, but extends to sculpture, auditory, and textile art.

She began as an elementary teacher until she became a mom of three daughters. Although always interested in arts and crafts, she did not begin painting until the COVID-19 pandemic. Perl has had her work shown at the Illinois and Houston Holocaust Museums. She has received a formal Declaration from the Mayor of Deerfield for her women's portraits displayed for Women's History Month.

She is currently working closely with the Chicago Sinfonietta. Perl has had exhibits throughout the Chicago area, Texas, and Michigan.

She has been commissioned for her pet portraits both nationally and internationally.
