Hear from Steen Metz, a Danish Holocaust survivor and former Deerfield Resident, as he shares his family’s story of being arrested and sent to the Theresienstadt Concentration Camp.

Room A/B/CHear from Steen Metz, a Danish Holocaust survivor and former Deerfield Resident, as he shares his family’s story of being arrested and sent to the Theresienstadt Concentration Camp.
From his time at the Theresienstadt Concentration Camp, in Czechoslovakia in 1943, he recounts the atrocities he and others faced and stresses the importance of remembrance, hope, and community in the face of adversity.
