The gong's sound frequencies are said to focus the mind, harmonize, and allow for overall relaxation. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you choose to lie down.
Gong sound therapy is said to promote vibrant energy, reduce stress, lower blood pressure and open blockages. Considered Nada (or Sound) Yoga, it is best received in a sitting position but there will be room for yoga mats or blankets, for those wishing to lie down.
