Join us for a relaxing session of gentle in-person chair yoga and meditation. Please dress for comfort.
This yoga class is accessible for all levels from beginners to long-time practitioners, including those using wheelchairs. The first part of the 50-minute class is relaxation/meditation. The middle part of the class will include movement; we'll end with relaxation/meditation.
