This class will celebrate the upcoming Winter Solstice with a gentle yoga practice to stimulate new energies in our bodies. We will also focus on the calming nature of breath awareness and introduce mindfulness techniques to help reduce stress. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
Judy Roin is a Registered Yoga Therapist with over 20 years of teaching experience. She has specialty certifications in Accessible Yoga, Yoga For Healthy Aging, Yin Yoga, and Restorative Yoga. She currently teaches group and private classes, as well as works with Family Services of Glencoe and the Cancer Wellness Center in Northbrook.
