Have you seen bottles of Kombucha at your local store and wondered what all the hype is about? Kombucha is a sweetened fermented tea that is rich in gut-healthy probiotics. In this course, you’ll learn how to brew your own kombucha at home, saving money and impressing your friends at the same time. Samples will not be provided, however feel free to bring your own!
Andrea has been teaching bread baking and preserving classes around Chicagoland since 2012 and she’s been brewing kombucha since 2011. Her speciality is working with whole grains and sourdoughs, but she loves teaching new skills such as kombucha.
